Terms of Service
Last updated: July 29, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of meetr (the “Service”), operated at themeetr.ai. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
meetr is a meeting-intelligence tool. It can join meetings you direct it to, record and transcribe them, and turn the transcript into searchable, grounded knowledge — decisions, action items, and other findings, each tied to a verbatim quote. It can also create or read items in third-party tools you connect.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Recording consent — your responsibility
Recording laws vary by jurisdiction and many require the consent of some or all participants. You are solely responsible for obtaining any consent required before using meetr to record or transcribe a meeting, and for complying with all applicable laws and the policies of the meeting platform. You agree not to use the Service to record anyone unlawfully.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service unlawfully or to record others without required consent.
- Upload content you have no right to, or that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.
- Attempt to breach, probe, or disrupt the Service or its security.
- Reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the Service or its integrations.
- Use the Service to build a competing product.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the meetings, transcripts, and knowledge you create with the Service (“Your Content”). You grant meetr a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you and your team, including sending it to the subprocessors described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Third-party integrations
When you connect a third-party service, your use of that service is governed by its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for third-party services, and you authorize meetr to act on your behalf within the scope you grant.
7. AI-generated output
The Service uses AI to generate summaries and findings. While every finding is grounded in a verbatim quote to aid verification, AI output may still contain errors or omissions. You should not rely on AI-generated output as legal, financial, or professional advice, and you are responsible for reviewing it before acting on it.
8. Our intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by meetr and protected by law. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service; no other rights are granted.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, meetr will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 100.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or others. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; data handling follows our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which meetr is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
